Founder / CEO.
Oliver is a professionally qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner and Fellow of the International Compliance Association. He has spent two decades working within the global financial services industry. Significantly, this has involved holding senior positions for some of the world’s leading corporate, trust and fund service providers, including his appointment in 2016 to the board of one of the Island’s largest owner managed TCSPs
Jamie Kean.
Founder / Director.
Jamie has spent two decades working within the global trust and corporate services industry. His main focus is on the management of multi-jurisdictional corporate structures and providing advice to private clients and institutions on their establishment. Jamie has also held board positions in a variety of industries including e-Commerce and e-Gaming.
An Isle of Man GSC approved director of licensed e-Gaming operators, Jamie is driven by a desire to deliver exceptional client service. Within Eximia, Jamie is therefore key to client and commercial partner development alike. As such, he is fundamental to our overall growth and development.
Ashlie Farrar.
Director.
Ashlie has spent over ten years working in accounting, tax, corporate and trust services.
Both ACA and CTA qualified, she trained in London and was awarded the Railton prize by the ICAEW for the highest mark worldwide in the ACA Business Strategy Professional Assessment.
Ashlie combines technical expertise with a strong client focus and enjoys building lasting relationships. She strives to provide comprehensive advice and solutions, keeping up-to-date with the ever changing regulations that may impact our clients.
